Price Translator User Agreement

Developer/Operator: Changsha QuickWis Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)

Article 1: Agreement Confirmation and Acceptance

1.1 Before using the “Price Translator” App (including desktop widgets and iWatch versions), you must carefully read this Agreement. By checking “Agree” or actually using the service, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms herein.
1.2 If you are a minor (<18 years old), you must read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Article 2: Service Definition

2.1 Core Functions:

Real-time currency conversion: Provides exchange rates sourced from authoritative financial institutions (e.g., People’s Bank of China, XE.com).
Multi-platform support: iOS/Android App, desktop widgets, and standalone Apple Watch application.

2.2 Service Nature:

Exchange rate data is for reference purposes only. Actual transactions shall be based on rates provided by banks/financial institutions.
The Company does not provide any foreign exchange investment advice or financial services.

Article 3: Account Management Rules

3.1 Zero-Account System:

This service employs a zero-account system design. Upon opening the APP, users may select their region of residence, language, and target region to enjoy unrestricted access to all features, including:
- Real-time currency conversion
- Instant refresh for desktop widgets/Apple Watch applications

3.2 Local Data Storage:

All user data is stored only on local devices. Uninstalling the App will automatically erase all data.
You may manage local storage via your device’s system settings.

Article 4: Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Lawful Use Commitment:
You shall use the service solely for personal consumption reference. Prohibited activities include:

Financial illegal activities (e.g., forex speculation, money laundering)
Automated data scraping (e.g., using bot scripts)
Reverse engineering or cracking the App’s encryption algorithms

4.2 Consequences of Violation:
Breach of this Article will result in permanent termination of service, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

Article 5: Intellectual Property Statement

5.1 The Company exclusively owns or licenses the following:

“Price Translator” name, logo, and UI design
Core exchange rate calculation algorithms and data visualization logic
Copyrights of Company-created user manuals and FAQs

5.2 Restrictions:

Embedding this service into third-party platforms (websites, mini-programs, etc.) without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 6: Disclaimer

6.1 Data Accuracy:

The Company shall not be liable for transaction losses caused by:

Delays from third-party data sources
Device network failures

6.2 Service Availability:
Widget/iWatch malfunctions due to OS version limitations do not constitute service breaches.

6.3 Force Majeure:

Service interruptions caused by events including but not limited to:
Government forex policy changes
International financial system failures
Natural disasters

6.4 User Dissemination:
The Company assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from your sharing of rate information (e.g., screenshots).

Article 7: Agreement Modification and Termination

7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement based on operational needs.
7.2 Termination Conditions:

User-initiated uninstallation of the App;
Permanent service discontinuation due to Force Majeure.

Article 8: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.2 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may sue at the People’s Court of Changsha City, Hunan Province.
8.3 The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the enforceability of remaining provisions.
